Travis exploded onto the solo scene in 2013 with the many hits from Owl Pharaoh, including the raucous "Upper Echelon" and the intro "Bad Mood/Shit On You." The highly stylized sound he pioneered has been a staple in hip-hop since his debut album 'Days Before Radio' released in 2015. No other artist has mixed alternative hip-hop, trap, and psychedelia as effectively as Travis.
I Like It The song is playful. It is a Latin trap and hip-hop song. It is a blend of trap and salsa, and interpolates the 1967 boogaloo song "I Like It Like That". This spicy single climbed it's way up to No. 2 and spent a solid 33 weeks dominating the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
