A silky 563-hp twin-turbo V-12 combined with an eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive delivers massive power. Although the 5.1-second zero-to-60-mph time stated by Rolls- Royce may not be a supercar number, this car is certainly quick for its size.
It's also a lot of fun to drive, thanks to the smooth performance of a large V12 engine and a chassis that encourages spirited driving. The Phantom's tech-laden spec sheet makes full use of the BMW Group's and its suppliers' innovation and competence, and the spec sheet leaves little to be desired in terms of active safety features and infotainment systems. The rest is up to you, with a plethora of colour, trim, and option options to choose from. Of course, everything comes at a cost.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom is too flamboyant for some luxury automobile purchasers, and it's simply too enormous for others – but most simply can't afford one. If you can get past those roadblocks, you'll be in for a treat, because no other car on the earth compares to the luxury, supreme riding comfort, and quiet refinement of this extraordinary Rolls-Royce flagship.

A royal-themed interior can have its own custom-artwork dash. The cabin is covered in acres of wood, actual metal accents, and large swaths of velvety leather. The Phantom is available in both a conventional and a long-wheelbase variant, with the latter gaining 8.6 inches in length, which translates to more rear-seat legroom. The rear-hinged coach doors open gracefully and dramatically to allow for a stunning and show-stopping entry.
