One of the biggest strengths of the Skoda Superb is its spacious and well-designed interior. The car can comfortably seat up to five adults, with plenty of headroom and legroom in both the front and back seats. The cabin is also well-insulated, providing a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The car's large windows and optional panoramic sunroof provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy feel inside.
The Superb's interior is also well-equipped, with a range of features designed to enhance comfort and convenience. The car comes standard with dual-zone automatic climate control, an infotainment system with touchscreen display, and a rearview camera. Higher trims offer additional features like leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, and a premium sound system.
The 2.0-liter TSI petrol engine up front, which replaces the previous 1.8 and receives a host of technological improvements for enhanced performance, is a significant change for this Superb facelift. The only available alternative is the seven- speed DSG gearbox that comes with the engine.
With an increase of 10bhp and an amazing 70Nm over the previous engine, this one now produces 190bhp and 320Nm. The engine seems highly polished while trundling along at city speeds. The Superb responds admirably to mild throttle inputs and the DSG gearbox's superb calibration, making it easy to pass that irksome truck or rickshaw.
