Let's move on to the performance and engine now. There is no diesel option for the 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that powers the A4. The engine generates 320Nm of torque and 190bhp of power. The BMW 330i is in a whole different league than the Mercedes Benz C200, which has 200 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque in comparison. The A4 does not have quattro; it is also front-wheel drive. The A4 comes with a seven- speed S-tronic transmission. 
 The new A4 is designed for a comfortable ride, and according to the specifications, the A4 for India has comfort-tuned heavy- duty suspension. But does it actually function? It operates with flawless efficiency. It rides better than some of our small SUVs and is simply amazing. It's amazing how the A4 beats anomalies into submission.
